Dread Central - 5/10 by Steve "Uncle Creepy" BartonThe one saving grace for this low-budget film falls within the capable hands of the actors. Staunton Hill has some really impressive talent.
User Review - 8/10 by Eric Plike father like son Cameron Romero takes make a great social commentary horror film from Animal Rights and Racism he runs the gambit here. all the pieces fit perfectly from the flashbacks to the farm . it a great taste for fans of smart horror can't wait to see what next from this heir to the throne of horror

(a fat old lady, A disabled lady in a wheel chair, and a mentally retarded man.) But this film was still pretty good and had some good bloody scenes and scares to it.
User Review - 6/10 by Tyson PIn many ways this movie was a lot like any other horror movie where a group of people run into some phsyco killer in the middle of nowhere... not to say that i dont enjoy these types of movies though. Yes most of the time these kinds of movies are all the same and although this one isn't much different than any other one, i still managed to keep my eyes glued to the screen and keep interest the full time. Not a terrible movie but i wish the writers could find more ways to make these types of movies stand out from one another and do a better job of making them less predictable...

It's directred by Cameron Romero-(son of the legendary horror filmmaker 'George A Romero') He shows some serious talent behind the camera for sure, I'm definitley looking foward to seeing what he does next. Definitley check this one out, espcecially if you love Backwoods horror as much as I do. 3/5
User Review - 6/10 by ken jWhen a group of hikers take off for a weekend they have no clue what is gonna be in store for them as they end up infront of a hold country farm run by the Staunton family for which the hill is named after now all these friends must fight to survive if they wanna get away from the family of Staunton Hill alive. as you can tell the plot is alittle thin on this movie directed by the son of famous horror director George Romero the film does have its moments but overall it isnt anything new when it comes to the backwoods crazy family films i would say its worth a quick look for anyone thats interested

User Review - 6/10 by Joe AFrom the son of horror legend George Romero comes a competent and sometimes gruesome horror tale of a group of young hikers finding themselves in the barn of a sadistic and twisted backwoods family. The story is nothing new but it is a well made low budgeter and if you are a fan of this horror sub-genre you could do worse.
