| User ReviewMichael SWhen American producers saw Daniel Day-Lewis, they brought him over here with a huge contract and gave him a comedy script. He is brilliant, with microscopic precision, as in everything, and the movie does kind of linger in your memory, but the script is so very bad that he never did a comedy again. You should not miss his other comedy, though: Eversmile, New Jersey--deserves to be a noted classic, and isn't even listed on this site. You can get VHS tapes of it on ebay, though. |
