A woman named Manis screams in pain one night while giving birth to her twins. Petir grows up to be strong with an occasional display of an aggressive behaviour. Ten years later, he falls in love with Halimah, a beautiful village girl, much to the dismay of an elderly scientist, Dr Sulong who has the same feelings for her. When the village is plagued by evil forces, Petir finds himself changing into a horrible creature, to protect the love of his life.
