User Review - 10/10 by Kyle MOne of the best violent Bigfoot movies ever made. This movie made down vests cool for me.
User Review - 10/10 by Rod ZA complete rip off of Jaws, with a Yeti taking the place of Bruce, everyones favorite shark. Made for tv crap with no gore, bad acting and the yeti is never fully shown. Still its a must for low budget b movie fans !! And hey you can't go wrong with Bo Svenson !!
User Review - 10/10 by Rob Mi love this movie, made for tv it was pretty scary in places obviously low budget, but the way movies were shot in the seventies and eightys just had a great feel to them.i would like this to be brought out on dvd with the deleted scenes put back into it,for example a man falls from the ski lift and is grabbed by the beast.all in all a good film, and is'nt it about time they released all the soundtracks from movies and tv movies that you cant seem to get your hands on,like condorman and the score to return of the living dead, hopefully one day.
User Review - 10/10 by Rj MBelieve it or not this is a very scary movie. One of the best Bigfoot movies of all time.
User Review - 8/10 by Vladdy TroutA delightful slice of 1970s made-for-TV cheese involving the Yeti!!
User Review - 8/10 by Amy DI liked this movie. A lot of older Horror movies can be a little squirrely, and this one was beastly! Worth watching!
User Review - 8/10 by Jason BThey don't make 'em like they used to! I remember seeing this in the early 80's on TV.
User Review - 8/10 by Jesse Fthe only complaint i have is that you never see a full-frontal of the snowbeast. it's either a paw or his face.
User Review - 6/10 by Shawn WA Yeti in the woods threatens a ski town's winter carnival. Town officials express concern that it could hurt tourism but the winter carnival continues despite four deaths at the hands of the Yeti. Features great Yeti sound effects.
User Review - 6/10 by Christabel DFor a made for TV horror film, this one really wasn't that bad. The production value is certainly a cut above most that were made in the late 1970's. The camera work was well done, aided by the fact that the movie was shot pretty much completely on location. As is typical with TV movies, there is more of an attempt to develop the characters, and you do come to like them. But, unfortunately, like most monster movies from that time, the monster itself was a little disappointing... and obviously a man in a fuzzy suit. the only other major flaw in this film is that you can still tell it was a made for TV movie. If you can get past those two problems, you'll probably enjoy this movie... even if it's just to poke fun at the monster...
