The outlaw known as El Capitan and his gang are rustling cattle. Jim Cary owns the large Smoke Tree ranch and besides losing cattle, he is trying to evict Nan Page from land that he believes is his. But his grandson Lee is on hand and Lee first sees that Nan is not evicted and then goes after El Capitan.... (Full plot summary below)
