Full Plot Details

It began as an experiment. The ultimate bodyguard - half man, half machine - programmed to do anything. Anything! Global Cybernetics, Inc. is making technological history. They can create a bio-mechanical, plasma-driven, Techno-Sapien - the best security system money can buy. But building one requires a human corpse. And when GCI's bodyguard, Taylor is mysteriously gunned down, he becomes the company's 7.4 million dollar prototype, the "TS-4." At the "TS-4's" unveiling, worldwide demand is immediate. Driven by greed, company chairman, Dr. Connors secretly programs a new model to hunt down other superior humans for Techno-Sapien mass production. His sinister plan is revealed when Security Council head, Barkeley, discovers a missing and dead, well-known athlete in an activation unit. Chairman Connors frantically sends his Techno-Sapien on a killing spree to destroy the entire company. Barkeley and top programmer, Natalie, team up with the "TS-4" to find and terminate the doctor's rampaging, man-machine. All systems ignite as the two Cyborgs meet in a final, riveting battle of human brawn and high-tech mastery in this special effects, futuristic action thriller.

User Review - 10/10 by Matthew MAt first I was sure if this film was taking itself seriously. But the ending portion especially got me rather surprised. It is so funny and ridiculous. Its almost as if they had something but didnt know what it was. Terry O'Quinn must have filmed all his scenes in a day. I love when it is really that obvious. Evan Lurie is hilarious with a flame thrower and the cop who isnt a cyborg pulls off some ridiculous moves.
User Review - 10/10 by gary twell umn just seen this movie 4 the 1st time n think that this is a pretty kewl movie 2 watch..imn just a hulk hogan fan which is why imn giving it 5 stars lol...its got a good cast of actors/actressess throughout this movie..i think that hulk hogan, carl weathers, shannon tweed, martin kove play good parts throughout this movie...i think that the director of this Action & Adventure, Television, Mystery & Suspense movie had done a good job of directing this movie because you never know what 2 expect throughout this movie..sure its a made for tv movie but its still kewl 2 watch

User Review - 6/10 by Jeffrey LI used to watch this so-bad-its-good Hulk Hogan action flick back when i was a kid, over and over with one of my friends. It was cool back then. Now it's just bad, but in a fun kind of way. Horrible acting? Check. Obviously-fake fight scenes? Check. overly-dramatic music? Check. Shannon Tweed nudity? Check. Corney and Cheesy? Check. Hell of a fun time? Check. I didn't like a couple of the side characters though. They were introduced in one scene, set up to be right bad ass...and then never seen again, such as that evil flight attendant. Also, the DVD majorly fucked up. The DVD's for these movies has this one as the second, and the second as the first, but it has the box art correct, and the movie descriptions on the back correct. Kinda fucked up.
