| User ReviewSean DThis was an extremely early SyFy original film with an original plot. As such, the CGI wasn't intense, but was horribly used and as result the deaths looked so stupid and cheesy, I supposed they was the charm of a film this old. Back then, SyFy films felt like cheesy pornos with no porn. In that vein, at least. Anyway, this film was weird. But it was interesting and awkward. Fun watch. |

| User ReviewSara Sspace bears! is it funny or sad that sean patrick flannery went from Boondock Saints to this? they decided to go with shitty CG instead of make-up effects when the spacebears kill someone, which is a huge mistake for a low-budget movie. Dead Alive is the perfect example of cheap, awesome gore. the director, paul lynch, should have watched that movie first. |
| User ReviewDamien HWhen the good news is that is it only runs an hour and a half then it is bad. This movei is so bad they couldn't come up with a cool monster idea so they use bears. Yes that's right, they are on a planet 1000's of light years away from earth fighting bears. Actually it is the same bear over and over and over. More good news? He is the best actor in the movie...the bear I mean. |
