| User ReviewSam HOut of the three film recordings of this musical (including 1975's "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" and 2016's "The Rocky Horror Picture Show: Let's Do the Time Warp Again",) this one is my personal favourite and definitely the most enjoyable watching by myself. The idea of the rock 'n' roll musical where Frankenstein is a sex obsessed transvestite from outer space who builds a sexy man instead of a monster is one that I feel is a lot more "in its element" on a stage in front of a live audience rather than as a film. I'd been a fan of the 1975 film for years, but I don't think I could go back to it after seeing this. I'd miss the banter between the cast and the live audience too much. |
| User ReviewKelly PNice version that aired on BBC complete with special guest narrators at different junctures. Worth viewing if you can find it! David Bedella is amazing as Dr. Frank-n-Furter! |
