GuardianHenry BarnesA clunky sci-fi horror in which a TV news crew find themselves in the midst of robo-armageddon.
User ReviewJon Bacting great i believe other get pay giving this low review
User ReviewJames Dwhat how does a low budget film have such great special effects !? a pleasant surprise... some strong performances with some terrible acting in between makes for a highly.recommended and suspenseful film.
User ReviewRich AGreat low budget movie looking at the inevitable robot apocolypse that will happen when we start using them in a big way. The acting was ok although the reporters reactions to the soccer players death was underwhelming. The effects were pretty good and I thought the story and pacing were excellent.
User Reviewstefano lI thought the movie was really creative during the first hour, with a reporter and her camera crew providing live coverage of the black swan unveiling of a city with robot workers, but then it became an interminable chase scene with a sudden lack of new ideas. The CGI is as good as one can expect from a low budget effort; this is no District 9. Still, I found a lot to enjoy.
User ReviewKa MHorrible dialogue doesn't help the better actors and makes the poorer actors worse. Good effort in the low budget division of film and is on a par with 80s/90s Dr. Who episodes. Last third of movie is padded out with chase scenes as it runs out of ideas and it's not a good enough movie to carry that type of ending. Good effort, worth a watch for sci-fi fans mainly.
User ReviewLee RQuite the B movie. Like West World but worse.
User ReviewRob APretty awful but mercifully short, Singaporeans should enjoy location spotting and wondering how they managed to clear Pasir Ris for the shoot
User ReviewPaul BTypical b-movie science fiction, but I still actually didn't mind it:)
User ReviewMark EA good concept and premise, and the director did a lot with the very low budget but failed to make it all 'click'.
