San Francisco ExaminerJeffrey M. AndersonA failed, would-be cult item with funny cameos.
DVDTalk.comDavid CorneliusIt's easy to see why Roadside Prophets became an under-the-radar cult classic.
Ozus' World Movie ReviewsDennis SchwartzTries its utmost to be weird and aimless; and if that's what rocks your boat, it ends up sort of hitting the jackpot for the chosen few.
User ReviewBruce CA very underrated, hard to find little road movie, featuring very cool cameo's by various interesting people, and a great performance by Adam Horovits from The Beastie Boys.
User ReviewGreg SThis movie was HORRIBLE. However, it had a shirtless Adrock so I'm giving it 5 stars! Best line "There's a Motel 9 in Ely that has 48 rooms. 48 rooms!"
User ReviewJo YThis is good.they do meet Proghets by the roadside.
User ReviewGaudioso PI love this movie. It's hard to believe the John Doe never rode a motorcycle before this movie.
User ReviewMichael Lonly one or two of the people in this thing can actually act, but it's fun as shit to watch American cultural icons like Timothy Leary philosophizing on the lure of speed and Arlo Guthrie talking about prehistoric fish. Weird conversations in a vignette style...hard to dislike even with all its flaws.
User ReviewAndrew Mgreat movie! love the characters! especially tim leary and david carradine!
User ReviewBernard BWhere else would a man be electrocuted playing an arcade game? Superb road movie with an eclectic cast.
