Natale's nephew, Rosina, left many years before for the States to become an actress. To see her again, Natale decides to shoot little movies. But a clumsy burglar, Salvo, steals her camera. Salvo's son, Nicolo, brings it back to Natale and finds a kind of grandfather, who changes the life of the family, lending Salvo a boat. At Natale's funeral, Rosina shows up.
