User Review - 10/10 by Javier VEs grandiosa de principio a fin porque a diferencia de muchas otras en esta el motivo de la venganza no está muerta y la venganza toma una especie de sentido bizarro. Me gustó mucho la forma en que dividieron toda la cinta en capítulos que quizás los intertítulos no tenían nada que ver pero que decían mucho sin decir nada. El desenlace es maravilloso y deja un portal de preguntas abiertas. La ambientación es extraordinaria y la elección del perfil del personaje principal a pesar de ser simple es muy rico. Unas tomas muy bien hechas y una dirección bastante limpia.
User Review - 8/10 by Amy HBrutal Hong Kong serial killer thriller which achieves the sophisticated slickness that usually only the South Koreans do so well. Using a non-linear narrative, like Irreversible it manipulates the viewer's sympathies and emotions and twists them amongst the supposed heroes and/or villains. I adore being manipulated by a filmmaker like this and hence this film stands above the majority of South East Asian thrillers that have swarmed me over the last decade. For fans of Oldboy, I Saw The Devil and Memories Of Murder. Strong stomach necessary. You have been warned.

Why then does another pregnant woman violate herself to appear as the killerâ(TM)s latest victim? So begins another grim tale of corruption, murder and obsessive love, boasting a terrific central performance from Juno Mak with support from former AV star Sola Aoi. Revenge: A Love Story is hard hitting at times but wholly engaging.
