Ozus' World Movie ReviewsDennis SchwartzIt might not be a gem but it's funny, macabre and has good special effects.
User Reviewroy sI for one never was frightened by a horror film until I saw this one.
User ReviewTodd SThe majority of this film is your typical, basic, B-horror movie formula. That is, lots of gore, good looking people, and very bad acting. For most of this movie, I was unimpressed, thinking that it wasn't bad enough to turn off, but wasn't good enough to ever see again. I decided to finish it and that's when I got hit with one of the best endings I have seen in any horror film ever! I never even had a clue that it was coming. It tied up all the loose ends and weird things that I had just associated with it being a B-movie. Like I said, the acting is nothing special, the story is nothing different, and for the most part this film is "OK", but that ending, I just can't get it out of my mind, it really makes this one worth seeing.
User ReviewMelissa DDoesn't really explain itself but good for a bit of a scare
User ReviewMark NIf ever a movie was written to support the idea for an ending it was this one... and what is so annoying is that it renders everything before as pointless and inexplicable. It really wants us to be in awe of their cleverness but without any meaningful clues the reveal is utterly hollow. For the most part the filmography is competent and had promise but the ending is so infuriating I can't recommend it.
User ReviewDon SThis is about a killer who smells really badly wreaking havoc on motorists along a closed down stretch of highway (no explanation given for the closure). A group of college aged youngsters are on their way to a rave (maybe?) when they get caught up in it. Things go down just as you'd suspect - characters are dispatched one by one. What the smell of the guy has to do with anything beyond the name of the movie remains a mystery. My only reason for watching this insipid piece of garbage is Arielle Kebbel, who gave me exactly what she always gives: all-American beauty with no brains running around in skimpy attire or lingerie. Night made.
