| User Reviewfaye jThis is honestly one of the best films which one of my favorite actors, Danny Trejo, has appeared in. More over, it's probably among his top 5 performances because he gets to play a REAL character with emotions, a back story, and emotional arc. Any movie with him is worth seeing, and it helps that the rest of the cast (specifically Beesley and Jurdi) are also commendable. The story? Not bad, a little stock. But the performances and Trejo? Solid. |
| User Reviewkris kGood, solid entertainment with a strong cast, "Reaper" is a film which doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is-- a campy, B-movie hotel horror romp. Trejo and cast elevate the material a notch or two and in the end the characters wind up being more interesting than the titular killer, who is actually the weakest part of the film. Fortunately, the story's twists and turns keep things moving smoothly and in the end, "Reaper" is a good time at the movies. |
