Movie Reviews

Juicy Cerebellum - 2/10 by Alex SandellIt's there to watch once, laugh at and then use the DVD for a coaster.
Starburst - 2/10 by Michael ColdwellThere's plenty of ratty nastiness, all wonderfully pre-CGI and much of it quite well done, without ever hitting Fulci-levels of ickyness. That said, fans of 80s video rental gore will be delighted with the deaths on offer.
User Review - 10/10 by Kris Cthe surprise ending will leave you stunned
User Review - 10/10 by Jason DThe absolute pinnacle of horrible movies that are unintentional comedies. There are several reasons the film is unintentionally funny, but the biggest is due to the audio. The film is dubbed over, and the dubbing is very....unique to say the least. All the characters sound like cartoon characters and say some of the funniest things I've ever heard. When a computer isn't working, one guy shouts, in his ridiculously dubbed voice, "Stupid machine needs a kick in the balls!". But the outrageous quotes and horrible dubbing are just the beginning. The "killer rats" in this film never attack or harm anyone. It just shows them gathered and eating food, yet everyone starts screaming hysterically. Several times during the film, its very obvious that someone with a bucket full of rats is just dumping them on top of people. Despite all of this, the ending to the film is actually quite good and even shocking! If you think this stuff sounds funny, watch it because it will make you cry from laughter. Otherwise skip it.
User Review - 10/10 by jazmine nPossibly the worst film ever made, or is it?
User Review - 8/10 by Fran Bmy second favorite Burnno Mattei film. Obviously Mattei's own take on Romero's "Night of The Living Dead", using Rats to replace zombies. A stranged, over-acted, and often hilarious post-apocalyptic nightmare. Worth the time and admission.
User Review - 8/10 by Paul HThis Movie is amazing, think my friend saw it in the bargain bin in HMV. This movie is so bad...its good, if not a little dark. The special effects leave much to be desired (in some parts you can see the wires and rods to hold up the rats)but i guess it goes to show that the special effects people were using their noodles. But dont take this movie seriously, just enjoy it for what it is. Low budget tat, nothing more....but i love it!
User Review - 8/10 by Private U"Rats in my room / Every day I've got those rats in my room / Guess I'd better get some cats in my room / So they can handle all those rats in my room..."
User Review - 8/10 by Colin ZNow this is a movie! The music is amazing. This time around Mattei is ripping off Night of the Living Dead and Mad Max.
User Review - 8/10 by Nils HAwesome movie! It's night of the living dead, but animal-horror to set it in a post-apocalyptic future, with a Mad Max-styled road gang is the move of a genius! When the characters where introduced, I thought; "No! They are too badass to die!" and die people did. By painted guinea pigs. The "rats" where not frightening at all, and I where amazed every time people managed to get killed by these harmless not-very-mobile critters. Anyway, if wooden acting, tough gun-posing, a few nice gore scenes, characters that looked like they came from a metal-concert and a laughable ending all that needs to give you a good time, see it! Blood kill!!!
