User ReviewSanni SThe cover said it was comedy, but I liked it as a drama. Brings tears to my eyes.
User ReviewWendy JVery funny, very British. There's a sex scene, so I couldn't share it with my kids, which was a pity.
User ReviewRufus WPrivates on Parade is a little bit of an oddball. It seems to expend all its energy in the first hour before settling for mediocrity in the final stretch. There isnt much of a story to be fair and if it wasnt for Dennis Quigley's inspired turn it would have all been rather flat from the start.

User ReviewPaul DIt's hard to tell if this is supposed to be a comedy about or just a quirky character study from post-war Malaysia as there is little to laugh about. The actual story is terrible too, not enough to make a song and dance about.
User ReviewJon Njust not funny! this cringe-worthy film has nothing good going for it other than a few good cleese moments
