A shipment of heroin from Holland is in customs storage and Detective Brice of London Police offers a team of criminals £50,000 to get it without it looking like an inside job. New kid Nathan falls off the roof and thus alerts the guards. Now the customs heist looks like an inside job. Ray gets caught later. He's out 8 years later and it's payback time. Riley murdered Jack's son, Terry, though in the media he ODed. Ray gets £100,000 from Jack to kill Riley (something he'd do for free). Once in LA, where Riley is, Ray is offered another $200,000 from Charlie to get an incriminating video tape from Riley.

User Review - 10/10 by Anthony SUnderstandably the quality of this film, if indeed made for a low low budget is somewhat questionable, but the story is fast paced, fun and balanced by a great music score which takes you through the film and keeps things moving. The amazing thing is the number of cameo appearances by veteran actors, all of whom do a fantastic job at supporting newcomer Mick Rossi...(I actually lost count of how many stars were in this film). The highlight is Andy Nyman who steals the show in this one with his funny but loathing portrayal of Danny (and went on to do bigger movies right after incidentally). Vinnie Jones is superb and in contrast to the misguided comment above, appears in the film multiple times. Gabriel Bryne does an excellent job at popping up when you least expect it, and not to forget the auspicious Roy Dotrice who plays the crime lord to perfection. If you are looking for a glitzy hollywood factory movie, then this isn't for you, but if you like underground filmmaking which takes risks, delivers laughs and thrills and doesn't subscribe to the mainstream, then this is for you....and by the way, the story may seem confusing at first but if you think about it, it all makes sense....duh! Well done to the producers and the director for showing Hollywood that you don't need millions to pay named actors to be in films. Lastly, the footage of Val Kilmer alone is hilarious and worth watching the whole film....if indeed this was all improvised as stated it is pure genius and well done to capturing it on film. "Don't let them taco you Ray!" Anyways, at my video store the film has been on the new releases shelf for nine months now and is still there! So as for burying this little gem....I don't think so!
User Review - 10/10 by gary twow umn just seen this movie 4 the 1st time n think that this is a good movie 2 watch..........its got a good cast of actors/actressess thorughout this movie.....i think that mick rossi, meredith ostrom, joanne whalley, bruno kirby, gabriel byrne, adam fogerty, andy nyman, anthony lapaglia,val kilmer, vinnie jones, george berg play good roles/parts throughout this movie.....i think that the director of this drama/action/adventue/thriller movie had done a good job of directing this movie because you never know what 2 expect thorughout this movie....i think that the fight scenes n the gun shoot outs were good throughout this movie....this is a good thriller/gangster movie 2 watch n its a really enjoyable thriller movie 2 watch as its enjoyable movie

I was impressed with the turnout of a first-time director and after watching the special features, I was again impressed to find that most of the dialog had been improvised, nearly no money was raised and they had to shoot it very guerrilla style (get in and out before the cops smell something's up). That was a very cool thing to discover, the fact that even big-timers are making guerrilla-style movies now.

User Review - 6/10 by scott ga entertaining crime film set in london and los angeles, very guy ritchie in london and very michael mann in los angeles, althouygh nowhere near as cool as anything thy have done, its got a budget look to it, shot on digital, and some nice turns from the cast, vinnie jones, adam fogerty, and andy nyman especially, the plot moves along nicely, but againhas its dull bits throughout, but a enterraining watch
