| User ReviewTamatai NAn insightful and entertaining look into noise and the people who do it. The documantary delves into the psyche of the artists and brings to light some enlightening responses as to why they're so drawn into creating what many consider as one of the most extreme and challenging artforms on the planet. Well worth seeing for anyone interested in exploring the outer fringes of art and music. |
| User ReviewThomas BOscillating Innards, Kitty Midwife, Yellow Swans, Josh Hydeman are the highlights of this disc. Sadly, their performances seemed to also be the shortest by far. Other than that, be prepared to see a very small segment of a niche in Portland. I am sorry, but when Yellow Swans said "no one has their eye on Portland as a cool place" (paraphrased) I wanted to die. Maybe because I make noise in South Carolina, I am acutely aware of perceptions of Portland, but seriously? I hear people talk about how much they love Portland all the time.
