Suriname is tormented by a violent unrest under the military regime of commander Raymond Markelo, who opposes the opposition with a hard hand. During Lipmann's search he meets Elvira, the sister of Kevin, who has a relationship with the commander. Like Lipmann, she is convinced that Kevin's alleged death has to do with a settlement in the drug circuit. Then important evidence emerges. Ignorant, they head for the tragic events of 8 December 1982.
