User ReviewMichael PIf you love Capote's Christmas stories, then you might also love this movie. It takes Sook five minutes of screen time to charge the rest of the movie with all the glittering magic of the love between her and little Buddy, concern for the other characters and tension over Buddy's fate. Henry Winkler is surprisingly restrained and not annoying, except as is true to the character. The movie is much more Capote then Hallmark (I won't usually even consider Hallmark movies.) Very underrated. A rare, complex Christmas movie, uplifting but also bittersweet.

User ReviewJennifer Cit was alright...i missed parts of it...however i really only wanted to see katharine. for a small role she was still great (but looking a bit frail :( ) didn't turn out to be that bad though.
User ReviewAmanda HI really tried to like this movie. What's not to like about Henry Winkler and Katharine Hepburn? Sadly, I just could not get into it. The production is poor and the movie as a whole is pretty hokey. Definitely not about to become one of my holiday traditions.
