A wolf and his friends, Fox and Cat, make a trip to the woods where Wolf finds his father. He has not seen him in many years. They find the small cabin where his father, Old Fangs, is living. While Fox and Cat wait in the grass a ways away from the cabin, Wolf confronts his father, who criticizes him for being disgusted by the meat he (Old Fangs) eats. He then offers Wolf a cigarette, which Wolf is reluctant to accept. Shortly after that, Wolf comes out and tells his friends that his father wasn't happy to see him. He reflects on his past through flashbacks, remembering how his mother ran away with him and how he didn't join in when his father hunted deer. The short film ends with Old Fangs crying inside his house.
