While wealthy Manhattanite brothers Dylan, Logan and their friends make the trek across town for a Brooklyn club, they run into Simon, a notorious gangster. Dylan, in an ill-advised bid for a criminal relationship with Simon, sets up a drug deal. The deal soon goes awry, and a livid Simon wants them dead. | User ReviewGaspar OThis was actually better than I had anticipated. I'm not sure why people running for their lives scream and yell and argue and basically invite the hunters to gut them like fish, but there were times when I hoped they would get caught just to shut them up. Also, if I knock out, kill, maim or otherwise incapacitate a person who is hell bent on killing me, I WILL be grabbing his gun, rather than running away like a twat and leaving it lie there. In the end, good triumphed over evil, all was well in the big apple, and I assume the kids went back home to bone. This reminded me a little bit of The Warriors, a fantastic film from the 70s, and for that, extra half star! |
