User ReviewAlexandre SSaw this indie thriller at the Quad Cinema in NYC. Great story and good performances all around - but the lead actress was fantastic!
User ReviewJonathan KA tight, riveting indie thriller. Keeps you on the edge of your seat. Great performance from Emily Fradenburgh as Jennifer Stidger. Catch it!
User ReviewKoula HThis well-crafted film, a 2012 Toronto International Indie Film Festival winner, features the engaging musical score of Hollywood Composer Victoria de la Vega. Audiences at the 2013 Sarasota and Santa Fe International Film Festivals were moved by the empathetic psychiatrist who empowers his client, a needy misdiagnosed young woman, to save herself, after the mental health system forsakes her and the criminal justice system condemns her. This 95-minute emotional roller-coaster ride provides enough comic relief to keep viewers from slipping off their seats during the intense denouement, wondering what is real, or fantasy. A gifted cast and crew deliver a stellar performance in this riveting 4-star film, soon to be released on DVD by Netflix. -- Koula Svokos Hartnett, author of Zelda Fitzgerald & the Failure of the American Dream for Women
User ReviewTamerra RAfter an slow start this film drew me in, deeply. Emily Fradenburgh's performance carried the film with Keith McGill right on her heals. Both of these actors deserve attention and a following. Xackery Irving also deserves a following. More 'crisp' editing, particularly at the outset would move this film to another level but it is definitely worth a look
