User ReviewChristopher JIn his career Sergio Corbucci had a lot of greats but this one really tops 'em all. Corbucci was one of the strongest directors in the genre and I'd go as far as to say a lot of films surpass those of Sergio Leone. He shines through with this one, it's one my favorite spaghetti westerns and Burt Reynolds films. I dig the ending, the score, the acting and the, of course, the gun sounds. A rare gem for spaghetti western fanatics.

User ReviewPaul DA Native American goes on the hunt for the scum ...who have tormented his tribe. Ennio Morricone's 'A Silhouette of Doom' is used magnficently by Corbucci.

User ReviewSandy RThis near-perfect example of a classic spaghetti western is just as interesting as some of the top-tier of the genre, even though it isn't really as exciting or fun and it is pretty rough around the edges.
User ReviewChris HAn unusually entertaining spaghetti western. Sure, it has a few flaws - for one, Burt Reynolds is the least convincing Native American ever, and the movie has some pacing issues - but overall, I really enjoyed "Navajo Joe." It had a lot of good action sequences, a nice score and, at times, some surprisingly fantastic cinematography (seriously, there are some landscape shots in this movie that would make Roger Deakins wet himself with glee). So yeah, "Navajo Joe" certainly deserves a watch - I highly recommend it for anyone who is remotely interested in spaghetti westerns, or westerns in general.
