Nanda da, seemingly an eccentric looking man with an ambition of helping children to grow as a proper man arrives in the scene. Rina, concerned about here son's upbringing secretly maneuvers and shifts her only son Raja to a institute of child development, owned and managed by her Nanda da. This incident caused Bipul(Uttam Kumar) to lose his head and the police was set after the workers of his industry. The child abduction episode comes to an end when police get Raja at the institute run by Nanda da. The small interaction between Raja's father and the Head of the Institute reveals to him the reality of a family bonds and their implications and direct influence upon the child itself.
