Flip the Frog becomes excited by a book called "How to Be a Movie Actor." He magically transforms himself into Charlie Chaplin. Inside, Flip encounters a pair of Laurel and Hardy-like comedians engaged in a pie fight; a mustache-twirling villain and the sheriff who is after him; a pig in sheik's clothing; and a Russian feline seductress.
