User ReviewMr DI always wondered why there wernt any horror movies about Chupacabra. Well this one is but they named it Mexican werewolf. It's quite an enjoyable film for a b-movie no lame CGI or lame latex monsters. They take up the more "It's alive" approach. If your gonna be preachy about white against mexican racism. Dont let the mexican kid by a latino not a white guy.
User ReviewNaWie MStandard B-movie. What can I say? It makes me laugh and it entertained me...
User ReviewAdrianOne of the funniest and dumbest films I've ever seen.
User ReviewLady DOMG, terrible movie. Some funny parts, but damn was the acting bad!! And it irked me that most of the characters couldnt pronounce the Cupacabra correctly.
User ReviewNels NTerrible performances from some of the older actors, as well as bad horror direction, are somewhat offset by a good script and genuinely funny parts. Bring low expectations and you might have some fun.
User ReviewChelsea WRented it on a whim... but I was looking for something stupid and I got just that, so I can't say I was disappointed. I had no expectations, but was disappointed by the ending...
User ReviewJason WI kept thinking, man the people in this movie are stupid. Really bad movie.
User Reviewjohnny lsub-indie. Not the worst sub-indie I've seen, but still far from good.
User ReviewTristan GActing bad ...yes. is that not the point of this kinda movie...what the hell were you expecting with a name like that. Liked that the monster wasn't CGI'd like most of these new low budget creature features. man in a mask is always far better. Neither enough scares, tension or fun moments though to lift above a low score.
User ReviewJeremy RA film based around the legend of the Mexican urban legend of Chupa Chups, sorry Chupacabra. A small town is terrorised by some strange animal and as usual a small group of teenagers decide they are going to save the day and kill the beast. Well the special effects are done mainly as puppetry, with the odd guy in the suit moment and are not too bad. As for the acting... let's just say that it drags the film down and before long you don't care about the characters. Don't worry that changes before the end... you wish they'd get Chupacrabra-ed.
