Magoo's nephew, Waldo, is watching Tarzan on TV. Magoo thinks Waldo is watching a talent show and, convinced he can do better than the other contestants, volunteers to go on the show with his softshoe routine. However, instead of going to the TV studio, Magoo instead goes into a dentist's office.
