User Review - 10/10 by Kyle KAll your ass need to know is that the motherfucker shoots the pilot in a fighter plane through the window of his own shitty plane with a pistol. That shit is mental. Hardcore mental. Do not fuck with Mcbain. I bought this movie for 97p at Tesco, talk about value for money. 5 stars just for the plane bit. There's also the delayed magical shotgun scene, if I could i'd add an extra star.

It's nonsensical, has a ridiculous cast with everyone from Michael ironside to that guy from "The Warriors", and Maria Conchita Alonso is the worst. So few people know about this movie and that's a damned shame. Like what happened to Santos. Oh Fuck! And Steve James is in this movie and he's the fucking tits!
User Review - 10/10 by Phill J"when i was 17, i went to this famous concert... woodstock" - what can you say, about Mcbain? it works on all levels, as a harsh polictical commentary on the plight of south american nations, as a reflection on the relationship between men in combat, and as a film where a man is shot, shot again, blown up by a rocket and then crushed by a burning watchtower. I bought this on dvd for a pound, and its worth a pound.... in comedy gold.

User Review - 10/10 by Kendrick CI was amazed at the part where mcbain shoots the piolet of the adjacent fighter plane directly in the head whilst in flight and with no shattered windows in either plane. Walken must have been amazed when he read the script for that part. I also love his reaction when he see's his old friend get shot in the head on tv in the news. Pure gold.

This film is pretty good considering its not a Hollywood blockbuster and has a great cast including Christopher Walken (King Of New York), Maria Conchita Alonso (Predator 2) and Steve James (Delta Force, American Ninja). Worth a watch if you love those kick ass action movies of the 80's, early 90's.
