Leave your thoughts about Maximum Truth.
| Los Angeles TimesNoel MurrayThere’s very little about Maximum Truth that’s unexpected: not the jokes, not the satire, and certainly not the plot. Barinholtz and O’Brien are funny enough to keep this movie bubbling along, even when it’s low on ideas. |
| User ReviewDatpinoWaited as long as I could (about 30 mins) until finally I realized running face first into a wall and waking from a concussion an hour later would be a more valuable use of my time. This is labeled a comedy yet I couldn't find a single spot to laugh. It attempts cheese and ends up just being a deeply cringe movie. So cringe you might break your root canal from the hate filled grinding. I was able to get through about 1/3 of the movie before self harm thoughts and then sleep overtook me. Less interesting than a dumpster fire 3 days later after a thunderstorm. Playing hungry hungry hippos with an armless child would be far more entertaining. |
