Skip, the nighttime janitor in an old West theme park, delves into the mysteries surrounding an old locker. His sage supervisor recounts chilling tales that underscore the importance of making the right choice. The recollection includes an aging boxer who is given an opportunity to become a real killing machine, a young man seeking membership in a secret society who experiences an initiation with deadly consequences, a would be suicide shaken to his core by a menacing member of a very special club, and a hit man for hire playing a devious cat and mouse game with three women who have a score to settle. The stories suddenly come into play when Skip makes an unsettling discovery and faces a life-or-death decision of his own.

Los Angeles TimesGary GoldsteinAn alternately creaky and intriguing ride, one of earnest ambition and dashed potential.
RogerEbert.comSusan WloszczynaRarely do I find a movie that is so appalling if not outright insulting to all of humanity (and particularly, in this case, womankind) that it gives me a stomach ache.
VarietyDennis HarveyOnly those scared of being bored to death need fear Locker 13, an omnibus of horror stories that could hardly be more tame, talky and tepid, both individually and as a whole.
Village VoicePete Vonder HaarLocker 13 brings the hurt, and not in a good way.
The Hollywood ReporterFrank ScheckSuffering from tonal inconsistency and all-too-familiar thematic elements, as well as an absurd framing device whose logic is not even consistently maintained, Locker 13 hardly deserves being opened.
FEARnetScott WeinbergAs a die-hard fan of the horror anthology film, I take no pleasure in stating that Locker 13's few stray glimmers of quality are not worth the slog it takes to find them.
The DissolveDavid EhrlichLocker 13 isn’t a film so much as a dire symptom of a culture in which the ability to fund a movie has become reason enough to make one.
User ReviewAdam MGreat shorts. Cool Twists. Thought provoking.
User ReviewEric WWell written, excellent cinematography. Many scenes/shots tell their own story, and the exposition is informative and nicely delivered. Movie has a tendency to jump around a bit between five different stories, but they all come together in the end. A definite must see if only just once.
User ReviewErin LTwo thumbs up! The movie is an anthology of vignettes or short stories, with a common Thriller/Horror theme; think "Twilight Zone." I had seen several of them standing alone as shorts in Film Festivals over the years and thought all the parts came together in this feature length film with great fluidity. Even though each vignette that made up the whole involved different writers, producers, directors and actors, the overall narrating story strongly held it together. With so many moving parts this really is an impressive work; with so many talented actors involved watching it was like winning the "movie-star lottery!" I thoroughly enjoyed every performance. The time, talent and collaboration that it took to create a film of this magnitude on such a limited budget is something to applaud. The film is not only entertaining as a thriller with plenty of blood and mystery, but it also makes you laugh out loud with catchy lines from the humorous characters sprinkled in, and asks questions that make you think about your own life in new ways. All in all.... a definite two thumbs up from this movie goer!
