Apollo GuideRyan CracknellGiven Hollywood's sketchy record with monkey movies, Link compares relatively well and rates as moderately successful.
User ReviewAdam Ja horney monkey on the rampage, good film but watch the bit where he lifts up a van its soooo realistic!!!!!!!!
User ReviewRoni MGoddamn best hangover or drinkingmovie ever... "Link kill phone" :D
User ReviewLance SI give this four stars because I fell in love (lust?) with Elizabeth Shue after her nude scene.
User ReviewBrad GMonkey Shines, Congo, Project X...those chimp flicks got nothing on Link. Eager student Elisabeth Shue brown noses her way into an apprenticeship with mad monkey scientist Terrance Stamp. Soon his chimps go rogue and Shue, trapped inside Stamp's manor by moor roving rottweilers (don't ask), must battle it out with monkey king Link. The orangutan Link is easily one of the best monkey actors I've seen in film, and he gets plenty of hero shots to ham it up to the camera. Fun, B movie cheese. VF.
User ReviewSpookie MMan that orangutan is an a-hole! This is an ok suspense film about a monkey terrorizing Elisabeth Shue. It's hard to believe that she did a nude scene a year before Adventures In Babysitting!
User ReviewJason Gan interesting story and a good film but nothing amazing. Its about a monkey!!!
User ReviewJimmy PIf its the one I remember, its really scary.
User ReviewClelie RMildly amusing movie about a student going out to the countryside to assist to an animal researcher (played by the underused Terence Stamp, who is always a pleasure to watch) and his monkey pal Link, who is too damn smart for his own good. Soon, the Stamp disappears and the monkey spends the next hundred minutes tormenting and stalking young Elizabeth Shue, and then tries to kill her. Has some good moments, but slightly slow paced. Director Richard Franklin still manages to create some suspense to it!
User ReviewRichard A'get out of the bathroom Link, i want to have a shower'. and you thought Orangutans were cute.
