Movie Reviews

Common Sense Media - 4/10 by Brian CostelloSilly superhero tale one big commercial for LEGO, DC Comics.
Lyles' Movie Files - 3/10 by Jeffrey LylesStrictly for younger viewers happy to laugh at Superman and company acting goofy. For other viewers, you've got 49 minutes to keep the kids distracted -make the most of it.
User Review - 10/10 by Gonzalo Vetter than the first , we need more or a TV show of this specially for kids like my daughter she's only 3 and owns all the Lego of this characters and she has learn most of the super heroes name cause of this movies and toys
User Review - 10/10 by cj sgreat but short movie they should make this a tv special like batman be leagued
User Review - 10/10 by Chad HNot since the Cartoon Network Justice League series set in the Timm-Diniverse has a movie been so enjoyable. The is laugh out loud funny. I'd rather see the Classic, Magnificent Seven line-up. Cyborg is a Teen Titan. It's brutally obvious he doesn't fit in with the League. He's all "Boy Wonder", sidekick with the team. Guy Gardner is hilarious as the butt of every joke. I actually feel sorry for Bizarro.
User Review - 10/10 by Jordan PI LOVE LEGO movies. This movie is awesome! One of my favorite characters is Greenzaro. A must for not only LEGO fans, but for DC Comics fans.
User Review - 8/10 by Amelie LGreat movie starting the justice league and completely new story I was impressed to see how good they were with the story
User Review - 8/10 by ross jThis movie has a lot of humor but some will see it as a form of bullying between Guy Gardner and Wonder Woman. We can't wait till the next Lego Bat man movie comes out!
User Review - 8/10 by rocki gThe Lego movies are an interesting batch. They're CG, so the Lego dynamic may seem pointless, but they have the creativity and sense of fun that make Legos great so they continue to succeed. In this entry, we get the Justice League, where every member is a greatly exaggerated version of themselves. Superman is a lighthearted jock, Batman gives exposition-laden monologues and doesn't trust anyone, Green Lantern's a jock, Flash is impatient, Wonder Woman is a girly girl, and so-on. Some of these parodies work, some don't. Wonder Woman's fashion-focussed dialogue feels almost offensive, and Batman's untrusting nature becomes irritating more than amusing. Still, it's hard not to like the movies goofy charm. It'll definitely appeal to kids more than adults, but an adult can still have fun with it. Kids will laugh-out-loud, but adults will still chuckle. There is an unexpected amount of thought put into the story as well. Not as much as other DC films to be sure, but enough where you are at least invested in the story and want to see where it goes, and I appreciated seeing Lego-ized Darkseid and that he was still menacing as hell. If you're willing to not take your heroes too seriously, it's silly fun.
User Review - 6/10 by Michael HThe character that I liked the most was Bizarro himself. I do prefer Batman's rogues gallery more, but when it comes to Superman villains, I've always had a soft spot for Bizarro. He's a misunderstood creature. Much like Rocket Raccoon from Guardians of the Galaxy, he didn't ask to be made. Some people call him a monster. Ultimately he's Superman, but with the mentality of a child. If you've never heard of Bizarro before, imagine an amalgamation of Cookie Monster mixed with Lenny from Of Mice and Men. He's innocent, he talks in third person, but he also has impulse problems which can be dangerous to others and himself. He's usually only bad when he's manipulated by evil men like Lex Luthor or Braniac. Deep down Bizarro is that little kid that wants to help, but breaks things in the process.
