M.G.R consoles Sivaji and brings him to his house. There Sivaji is shocked when he learns M.G.R's wife is none other than his former lover. Initially Sivaji portrays himself to be a decent man but as days pass he begin to exhibit his sinister mind. Sivaji devices a plan to imprison M.G.R and does succeed. M.G.R's wife and his child, now estranged is compelled to rely upon Sivaji for their survival. Sivaji takes his ultimate step to lure and taunt M.G.R's wife which goes in vain. At last, Sivaji loses his vision after he is struck by a lightning and begs for forgiveness from M.G.R's wife. M.G.R is released from jail and unites with his family.
