Full Plot Details

While making a call from a phone booth in Worli, Mumbai, businessman Bachubhai alias Tony Khosla, who lives with his wife Lakshmi, and their young daughter, is interrupted by a male. He manages to shove him out, but is interrupted again by another male, and when he shoves him out, this male pulls out a gun but is shot dead by a third unknown male. This third male phones Tony and tells him that he was the one that saved his life, and Tony cannot hang up the phone--if he does, he will be shot dead. With crowds, police, and the media descending on the scene, a hapless Tony will be held hostage; his personal life, including his affair with another woman, will be exposed; while the unrelenting sniper takes his time to clarify why he has decided to hold Tony in this situation.

User Review - 10/10 by Jazz JFantastic movie, though it's a copy of Hollywood movie Phone Booth. It's about black money returning to India from Swiss. Sanjay Dutt was good but it's Irfan khan who steals the show, he did a great job. Story is ordinary, screenplay rocks hats off to Mani Shankar. In short watch it once, you won't regret...5\5

With the setting of the movie u can call it inspired from phone booth but the final product is completely different. Mani Shankar delivers a brilliant thriller that keeps u gripped at all time with no stupid songs in between. Sanjay Dutt delivering a must watch performance and one call this his best work after Lage Raho.Irfan khan puts up a really good show.Both the actors complements each other brilliantly. Simply Don't miss it.
User Review - 8/10 by ankush j"Knock Out" is a complete knock out. Yes the basic plot is a take off of "Phone Booth" but, presented in a fantastic manner! Gripping storyline. Does not slow down even a bit. No songs or running around the trees or any romance. Great storytelling. After a long time enjoyed watching a bollywood movie so much. Go ahea and watch this movie and enjoy it. Sanjay Dutt's presence is ever powerful and Irfan Khan is brilliant as ever.

Sanjay dutt had good screen presence and irfan khan has acted really well. Direction, editing and screenplay was very nice. Script at times was loose and some fight scenes are okay , but overall well made movie. Watch it, you will not be disappointed no songs..no item no just focus on story
