Leave your thoughts about Justice.
Los Angeles TimesMichael RechtshaffenRichard Gabai’s film is too preoccupied corralling all the genre clichés to come up with anything original or compelling.
User ReviewSteve JThe lead actors are all good, especially the female lead and Stephen Lang. The photography captures the New Mexico well. Story is someone unique although a reminder of some of the old time good westerns. Well worth the price of a ticket.
User ReviewGimly MI guess they got their copy of that memo that seems to be going around that says "Westerns aren't allowed to be good now". Lang is way above this sort of tripe.
User ReviewDavid VFor fans of westerns, "Justice" is a "been there, saw that" film. The story was probably written about 1868 or so. That's the time the movie takes place. "Justice" is so predictable, and has so many western clichés, that it is unintentionally funny. Off the top of their cowboy hats, western fans can devise two or three plot turns that might (accent on might) make the film better. Other than the evil town mayor, played by the always-great Stephen Lang, the other major roles are either miscast (the heroine) or incompetent (the hero), who acts like Clint Eastwood (accent on acts like). Don't waste your time in this town, pardner.
User ReviewDavid MProbably one of the worst films I have ever seen. A wasted 1.5 hours of my life.
