Unusual images, of burning trees or empty deserts, link the interviews, which vary from deep to funny to poetic.

"Janela da Alma" é um belíssimo tratado sobre a subjetividade humana e a relação desta com a visão exterior do meio. Contando com interessantes depoimentos e com belíssimas sequências lírico-visuais, o documentário expõe o quanto nossos sentimentos e imaginações influenciam o modo como vemos, interpretamos e exploramos o mundo (afinal, o que eu vejo não é a mesma coisa que você vê). Desse modo, o longa também desconstrói com sagacidade o senso comum de que a óptica externa é que determina nossa ação no ambiente - e é fascinante, inclusive, perceber como nossa perspectiva sobre o assunto muda ao longo da projeção. Talvez a dualidade entre a visão interna e externa continue bastante tênue, mas isso não nos impede de acompanhar um trabalho tão sensível e habilidoso sobre nossos sentidos e sobre nossa própria psique. |
