Adapted by Mathias Malzieu from his best-selling novel and the gold-selling album by his band Dionysos, this superbly animated movie is about passion and acceptance of others.

| User ReviewsebastianaliJack y el reloj cucu (basado por cierto en el libro francés del mismo nombre, libro que recomiendo), es una gran película con un potencial tremendamente desperdiciado, podría haber sido una obra maestra. Lo tenían todo para hacer una película excelente! Buena historia (ya hablaremos de ello), buenos personajes y un estilo artístico precioso que es raro de ver a día de hoy. Pero todo esto es arruinado por la cantidad excesiva de canciones y por algunas situaciones algo absurdas. Principalmente las canciones, que dura muchísimo y la trama dura poco. No me molesta que hayan canciones en una película, siempre y cuando se le de mas importancia a la trama y las canciones sean buenas, y que combinen bien con lo que esta pasando, algo así como Aladdin. Hay personajes en esta película que me encantaron, especialmente Joe, que su manera de hablar de forma metafórica y poética de forma agresiva hacia Jack lo hacen un personaje único. También personajes como Madeleine son bastante memorables. Lo que si, el final no se entiende mucho, aunque podría dar a entender o que Jack murió o que al final si que Madeleine era una bruja como decían después de todo y el reloj libero su poder, pero bueno, esto son solo teorías mías. El final da algo de pena por los personajes, ya que termina mal y ademas te dejan con ganas de mas a pesar de que, como ya dije, las canciones arruinan gran parte de la experiencia de la película. Una secuela o un reboot no seria para nada una mala idea, considerando que la base, y el potencial de la película son increíbles, es decir, una madre que abandona a su hijo con una extraña y que le remplaza su corazón por un reloj para evitar que muera pro el frió y que tenga que seguir 3 reglas para no morir, pero que termina desobedeciendolas por el amor intenso que tiene hacia una persona? Podría decir que es una de las mejores películas románticas a pesar de que le de un 6, por que como ya dije, el potencial de esta película es tremendo. Yo la disfrute mucho, y puedo recomendarla, siempre y cuando aguantes el tema de las canciones. |
