Through the eyes of Roy, a gambling Rastafarian, a bookie, an Irish jockey, and the owner of the oldest stables in the southern hemisphere, I've Seen the Unicorn looks at how one sport - the Sport of Kings - can help to give identity to a lost post-colonial society and turn dreams into reality.
