Full Plot Details

The broken farmer Dan rents his farm for the scientist John from the Bovine Genetics Technology that is researching genetic modifications of cattle to increase its fertilization. The veterinarian Orla is bitten by the calf while helping the cow to deliver, and she feels that something went wrong with the experiment. During the night, the cow has a narrow passage for the calf, and Dan asks the young couple Jamie and Mary that is parked in a trailer in front of his farm's entrance to help him in the delivery. When the offspring is born, it bites Dan; Orla arrives later and realizes that it is a genetic anomaly and she sacrifices the calf. During the autopsy of the animal, she discovers that the fetus is pregnant and she destroys the freak hybrids. However, one of them escapes and attacks a cow first and Jamie later. When John arrives in the farm, he discovers that there is the danger of infection of human beings and decides to quarantine the spot. But one offspring is alive and need to be captured.

User Review - 10/10 by Terence Gbrilliant, isolation is low key horro film that draws on atmostphere and location for its chills, whilst not a horror film that relies on jumps or cheap scares isolation uses its location to slwoly build up a feeling of uncomfortableness and dread. if u liked alien 3 this is actually very similar in style. the monster is the only let down some ropey cgi may have been better than a glorified hand puppet but still its the characters that draw u in, there are no overstated performances, this film is a mature horror. i urge all to see it

Never thought I would be scarred to go to a farm But Yaaa This could happen hey lol WATCH IN DARK if you lie in a farming community or small town this would be a close to home type of show I lov how they came up with the idea of this film Cause they do Animal Testing all of the time Illegaly And someday it just might back fire on them And when it dose Ill be sitting home watching This show haahahhahah ... It is creepy I Love it!!!
User Review - 8/10 by Leo KGreat horror film. Genuinely unpleasant to the point of absurdity, we have guts, cow innards, giant mutant killer cow-prawns...what more do you want. This film is grubby, really grubby. At one point the farmer has to wade through the neck-high sewage before being pulled under, you'll need to have a shower after watching it. There's mud, dirt, filth, gore and it's all delivered in an excellent low-fi but not low budget way that makes the film a really enjoyable atmospheric watch, and despite the plot reading like another Black Sheep this is far from comedy even though the song at the end of the film could be read that way. It's claustrophobic, nasty and really really awesome. More power to the Film Four!!!
