Blu-ray.comBrian OrndorfIt's an odd film, intentionally so, and your mileage may vary when it comes to the lasting impact of an ephemeral effort, but there are interesting attitudes and neuroses here that save the viewing experience.
Austin ChronicleJosh KupeckiIt's an extremely funny and caustic film, but when it tempers that with moments of humanity, that is where the film shines.
National PostChris KnightInfinity Baby feels a little underdone. It's good company while it lasts, but before you know it you're on your own again.
Georgia StraightKen EisnerAt 70 minutes, there's just enough "plot" to keep the perfectly matched cast sniping at each other with quips that feel ad-libbed but are actually tightly scripted.
Globe and MailGayle MacDonaldTukel's screenplay has some clever quips, but the total lack of emotional depth in any of the characters (well, except the women) means there's nothing redemptive in the people ...
indieWireEric KohnIf any of that sounds appealing to you, trust us: "Infinity Baby" hits its modern targets with plenty of bite, not unlike the way Mike Judge's "Idiocracy" did a decade ago.
Film InquiryKristy StrouseThe skillfully obtuse Infinity Baby withdraws from a usual comic routine and commits to its outrageous nature wholeheartedly.
User ReviewMidmost CThough there is less science fiction in this movie than we were expecting, we enjoyed the deadpan humor and heavy surreal overtones. The soundtrack is very memorable as well. Our podcast was fortunate enough to see this on the festival circuit which made it the experience very memorable. Script writer Onur Tukel revealed the script was originally titled "The Misogynist," a title he would go on to recycle in the 2017 politically themed comedy "The Misogynists."
