The story is about the real estate business happening in Kerala focusing on the city of Calicut. Beena (Rima Kallingal) plays as the lady love of Surnedran in the movie. The movie is been directed by Renjith. There is good line of famous actors in the movie, like veteran actor, Achuta menon(Thilakan) who plays a key role and Golden Pappan( Jagathi Sreekumar). The story starts to move when Achuta Menon comes to surendrans office for selling a property. Its infact owned by his first wife. The deal goes for a toss as Achuta Menons son interfere. Achuta Menon becomes a partner for Surendrans business and fortunes starts to change for Surendran. The Movie infact clearly shows how real estate business works and what could happen to people look for easy money through real estate. Credit should go for Director Renjith at first and excellent performance by actors Thilakan, Jagathy Sreekumar and Prithviraj.
