User ReviewAmy KThis is my fave war movies of all time. It shows that even if you are in different sides, when faced with a choice of fighting or working together to survive differences get put aside and people are seen for what they are on the inside. I also want a beer after I watch it. EVERY TIME!!!

User ReviewJohn WThis is the perfect example of a Sunday afternoon film, and i don't mean that in a derogatery way, Ice Cold In Alex is exciting, dramatic and undeniably British. Add some great performances, well-written script and classic iconography together, and you've got a classic.
User ReviewChris GDesert, nurses, desert, Germans, desert, spys, more desert and finally a beer. This is a wonderful movie with great actors and a great story. Everyone should see it.
User ReviewDick MA great race against time with the famous carlsberg slugging scene at the end. Who's the double agent on board? Excellent
User ReviewIain SI dare you to watch this film and not want a beer by the end of it
User ReviewHoward SBrilliant depiction of a shell-shocked alcoholic, held together by his Britishness. Humanity and compassion triumph over the desert and the war.
