User ReviewMaxx DThis movie blew my mind! It's hard to watch at times because your jaw will drop and you'll be too caught up on hearing the voices to catch them all. Very interesting and enlightening. Definitely a good way to distract yourself for a bit and for a good quick laugh.
User ReviewBrady LA thoroughly entertaining look at voice acting and voice over. Showcasing the men and women behind some of the most iconic and influential characters in the history of cartoons, video games and radio personalities. From the legendary Mel Blanc to the current crop of up and coming mega stars, this documentary pulls aside the curtain that is usually draped over these people and allows their fans to see them, hear from them and understand them better. Great documentary brought by John DiMaggio.
User ReviewAli MLoved it! I'm half convinced that I need to drop everything and become a voice actor! If only I wasn't a talent-less hack!
User ReviewDuncan PInteresting, oft-funny look and love-letter to one of the more under-appreciated aspects of animation, allowing a look at the process that is, more often than not, very glossed over (thus showing, for instance, how much acting actually goes in). While many are household names to geekish sorts, even the ones who are not are quite recognizable, and it's rather insane to see just how talented these people are with the vast amounts of different roles and types of voices played, despite often only getting noticed for one or two iconic roles. Highly recommended if you have any interest at all in animation as an artform.
User ReviewWalt WIntriguing look at the work and world of voice actors from their perspective. It was amazing to match the voices of some characters with the person who plays them! These are some talented people.
User ReviewCarl JIf anybody wants to know exactly how to be a voice actor and see all their favorite cartoon characters in human form, this is the perfect movie for those reasons. This is a very fun and lively documentary which will really make a person want to be a voice actor.
User ReviewDan PGreat doc on VO actor's real lives, their stories, tid bits, & tricks!
User ReviewSchimen-Renee' SThe definitive documentary on the wide world of voice over through the testimonies and perspectives of the people that know it best. A must see documentary for all of my creative friends out there (you know who you are).
User ReviewSpencer SWish this was around when we were in voice acting class.
User ReviewNathan MA must see for absolutely anyone remotely interested in the voice acting industry. Good points are brought up, it knows how to keep people unfamiliar with voice acting entertained, and it is very informative and entertaining. One of the best, if not the best documentary that I have ever seen. But that's coming from a voice actor and a voice acting nut so, what do I know?
