User Review - 10/10 by Jeffrey MA very entertaining and funny movie. A nerd named Bradley Brinkman has never been in love and later on meets Dr. D, who gives him a new body and becomes Hunk Golden, he gets fame but later learns something about himself. Steve Levitt is awesome as Bradley Brinkman and John Allen Nelson as Hunk Golden. James Coco, Deborah Shelton, and Avery Schreiber also help make this film great.
User Review - 10/10 by arjay bHunk is a retelling of the proverbial Ugly Duckling tale, only with humans, rather than ducks, epitomizing 80's trends. John Allen Nelson is not only one of the most talented actors around but also among the few actors who are believable in the part of a devil-made superhero. He was born to play a man every man wants to look like. And he is just excellent ! Deborah Shelton is so wonderful as O'Brian that you can't think of anyone else in this part. James Coco gives a brilliant performance as Dr. D and Page Moseley is fun to watch.

User Review - 6/10 by Bill BI'm still kinda conflicted about how to grade this turkey, as it has pretty much zero nudity, which is a cardinal sin for a film of this type. It also came on the end of the teen sex comedy wave, so it almost feels like a chick flick at times, but the gorgeous Deborah Shelton almost makes all this worth ignoring, as she's just so much fun to look at. Kid makes a deal with the devil, gets more than he bargained for and you see less boobs than you expected to, it's hard to really root for this one to be honest. Rental?
User Review - 4/10 by Christina GIts really not that good at all. Typical cheesy 80's fare. So I guess I'm a little embarrassed to admit I liked this movie when I was younger. That however had nothing to do with the brilliant script, incredible performances or top notch production values. No, my love of this movie was simply about the fact that star John Allen Nelson spent most of the film half naked, and believe me, thats a very good thing.
