User ReviewAlex WVery eye opening into the propaganda of tort reform, & heart wrenching how it's robbed innocent Americans.
User ReviewBob KSimply the truth. Everyone should see it before they make up their minds on tort reform.
User ReviewAlma TMy new mission in life is to make sure every one sees this movie. Two things the universe showed me this year Carl Rowe's face when he realized he was wrong and I was wrong about the mcD's coffee lawsuit. I now know who I have to thank for my nice tight lid and not too hot coffee from McDonalds THANK YOU STELLA in heaven. you made the world a better place.
User ReviewStephen KEye opening, and should be required viewing for everyone.

User ReviewCharity BWE WERE LIED TO!!!!!!!!!!! Speak up! I am just appalled! I think everyone should watch this documentary!!!!!!! The general perception of issues for years has been based on strategic rumors, lies, propaganda, and GREED from people put to govern and protect us. So glad I watched this! SAY NO TO TORT REFORM. We the people NEED OUR VOICE BACK!
User ReviewJim CI thought this would be an examination of the rise in frivolous lawsuits brought by money-grabbing Americans, and an examination of how the Stella Awards have encouraged more of the same. However, it's actually an expose of how big business and insurance companies have manipulated our view of lawsuits so that legitimately-awarded payments are reversed by paid-for judges. Moreover, many claims are automatically sent to arbitration, where they are decided on by arbitrators who owe their jobs to the corporations that can legally choose them to make these decisions. Everyone should watch this excellent documentary.
User ReviewScott DI was mad and disgusted with the politicized judicial system after watching this... GREAT Documentary. A must watch !
