| User ReviewRob AFantastic! My family and I have watched all of the Horatio Hornblower series movies several times and completely enjoyed them both times. Strong story lines and superb acting make these movies fantastic (without the need for sex and foul language). This is Ioan Gruffudd at his best, and is likely how he was discovered for larger movies. Our only sorrow is that the series isn't continuing. Cheers to A&E! |

| User ReviewHannah RAll of the A&E Hornblower adaptations are excellent. They aren't 100% identical to the books, but they capture the spirit quite well, and the production quality is high. The actors are also brilliant, and portray favorite characters quite well. In this episode, they handle Hornblower and Bush's professional relationship and friendship quite well and neatly tie up the Archie thing. |
