It's funny in places, and engaging enough for you to see it through, but is certainly not a film you will be coming back to time and time again. |

The references to historical events in Hong Kong since the handover is a nice touch, but somehow the movie only scratched the surface. Seeing the long-absented Stanely Fung (who played Miriam's dad) is a bonus. |
