A hobo riding the rails stops at a place called Utopia. The moment he disembarks, a policeman chases him. But the wily hobo escapes the angry cop; and soon he's quietly enjoying a cigarette butt. Luck puts him within sight of a lady setting a pie out on a windowsill. The hobo wants to steal it, but first he must outwit a mean-tempered bulldog.
