User ReviewSequoia HEvery now and then you come across one of those films that blesses you with a true examination of life in a way that is so absolutely honest and moving that your perspective is forever changed. This was the case with Hiding in Plain Sight. The film offers a raw and touching experience that shows homelessness in a way that the average person wouldn't even begin to imagine....and the way its done actually makes you feel like you're right there with the characters. Kudos to the filmmakers for taking the audience on this journey and teaching us something new.
User ReviewLauren APride; man's greatest flaw! The storyline is multifaceted and realistic. I never even considered how families become homeless or what a homeless family faces daily. This film is enthralling, pulling you in and keeping you there from beginning to end. The actors actually lived among the homeless in Texas in the production of this film which makes it extraordinary and heartfelt. I recommend everyone see this and can't wait to see it again! Sharice Henry Chasi as Josey was outstanding!
User ReviewBrian EThe best faith-based film I've seen. True-to-life story and characters that are well performed by a great cast. Do yourself a favor and give Hiding In Plain Sight a chance. Absolutely worth every minute.
User ReviewLee MNo doubt the heart was in the right place, but this overly familiar story is told, directed, and acted with the adequacy of an afternoon special.
